This is a full time position well-suited for a motivated individual who is passionate about the Computer Sciences. The successful applicant will demonstrate an ability to embrace and understand the private Catholic school environment and be able to utilize this subject to form young men into faith filled leaders.

Servite High School is expecting high student interest in our newly implemented Computer Science STEM pathway (through Project Lead the Way) and are looking for possible computer science instructors to help in growing the program. Currently, we offer three sections of computer science courses, but we expect that number to grow quickly over the next three years. This position is perfect for a candidate who is passionate and knowledgeable about computer science, programming, and coding. Experience with Python and Java a plus. Candidate should be passionate about teaching high school students and growing their knowledge of computer science so they can successfully get into competitive college programs, attain internships, and get jobs in the computer science industry. Candidate will be required to complete certification training at the school's expense which can occur during the school year in an online class or for two weeks in the summer. This training/certification is per course taught by this instructor. May be required for two or more courses, depending on scheduling and student interest. Servite High School is an all-boys Catholic high school in Anaheim, CA. Guided by the charism of the Order of Friar Servants of Mary, the school forms faith-filled leaders through a rigorous college preparatory curriculum, a strong spiritual and formation process, and a highly-engaging co-curricular program. We are looking for highly-qualified faith-filled individuals who have a clear understanding of how they will help further the mission of the school and foster its Catholic spirit and identity.
