This is an 80% School Psychologist position beginning in the fall for the 2018/19 school year and working along side our current School Psychologist. Schedule may be variable/flexible between the hours of Monday-Friday 8a-4pm. This candidate will be responsible for completing special education assessments and reports, attending IEP meetings, conducting ERMHS assessments and provide counseling services if needed, and must be able to coordinate and communicate with IEP team members. The position may also require attendance at school staff meetings monthly or as needed. This is a CalSTRS covered position and will include a contribution toward medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits. CORE Butte Charter School is a Personalized Learning School. An individual learning plan is developed by the teacher for each student. Students attend classes two - four days per week with parents providing instructional support on the days that the student is not in classes. The teacher monitors progress, assesses for understanding, and guides learning along with the parent. Optional learning environments may include independent study, supplemental classroom instruction, and/or classes in the community.
