Administrative Assistant to Director - Maintenance at Placer Union High School District
Requirements / Qualifications
Under the direction of an assigned Director-level administrator, perform varied and responsible secretarial and administrative assistant duties to relieve the administrator of administrative and clerical detail; plan, coordinate and organize office activities and coordinate flow of communications for the assigned supervisor; work independently and function effectively in a rigorous and always changing environment; have the ability to interact effectively with people from many different disciplines (school employees, technical support, contractors, sales, deliveries, public agencies, etc.); and have a competent understanding of government agency compliance.
Estimated Hours: M-F, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Approximate Start Date: May 21, 2018 Application requirements for in house candidates- A letter of interest is required. The letter should include information on prior work experience applicable to the position of Administrative Assistant to Director.
