Student Services Document Imaging Clerk (Admissions & Records)(47.5%) A Part-Time Classified Represented Position Monday, Thursday, and Friday: 9 AM – 1 PM Tuesday: 9 AM – 4:30 PM CLA17-274 Review Date: April 24, 2018 Position Description: Under the direction of the Director of Admissions, Records and Online Services, performs specialized clerical and office support functions relating to Student Services. Duties include, but are not limited to, scanning student records, verifying data for accuracy, assisting with the automation of transcript evaluation system, and uploading data into the student information system. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements: Experience: One (1) year full-time equivalent experience working in an office setting with computers and other related technology, and/or data entry.
