POSITION SUMMARY:  Employee is responsible for recruitment of mission-appropriate Cadets from point of inquiry through registration.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Inbound and outbound contact and follow-up calls, campus tours, parent consultations, student interviews, test administration, data analysis, reports, presentations, and other duties as assigned.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in Admission or Enrollment Management strongly preferred for secondary or higher education. Will consider relevant experience in consultative high-end sales. 
• Computer Skills: MS Office (intermediate to advanced) required. Salesforce (CRM), Aeries, Wordpress CMT, and Social Media experience preferred. 
• Polished professional with the following attributes: reliable, responsible, friendly, enthusiastic, outgoing, and team-oriented. 
• Exceptional verbal and written communication/presentation skills.  Consultative approach to clients, very strong closing skills, ability to analyze data, sound judgment and decision-making are essential in this position.

•  B. A. or B.S. required. Masters Degree a plus.
•  Ability to interact with prospective families, staff, faculty, and students.
•  Maintain school standards of conduct.
