Pace Academy of Cypress is a tutoring center seeking an instructor to teach SAT English during our 2018 8-week summer program which will start on June 4, 2018 and end on July 27, 2018. Classes for the program will be held Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 1:00PM. Applicants must be able to teach the full duration of the program. Once the summer program has ended, after school tutoring positions may be available for those who are wish to continue working.

Job Description: 
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and at least one (1) year experience in tutoring or in teaching SAT English. We are looking for a teacher to instruct in a classroom setting and have excellent communication skills. Curriculum and materials will be provided, however, the instructor may have to modify daily lessons depending on the students’ progress.

Summer Program: June 4, 2018 - July27, 2018; 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM

We are looking for applicants who can commit to the summer program starting June 4^th, as well as a few days for training before the start of the program.

Pay rate:

Pay is based on experience and qualifications. Please walk-in after 3:30pm to fill out an application and/or go through the interview process. Please bring your resume with you. Note:
For the application/interview, please allow yourself about 1 hour for this process. You may be asked to complete a short diagnostic test as part of the application process. There may be an interview after the application process is complete if the director is available.
