PLEASE VISIT THE BELLA VISTA BAND PAGE FOR NEWS, UPDATES AND EVENTS! Bella Vista High School is looking for an energetic, creative and talented Director to lead their Marching Band, Concert Band, Jazz Ensemble, and Drill Squad. The full-time teaching assignment will include Jazz Ensemble, Advanced Concert Band, Concert Band, Guitar and Music Appreciation. Extra-curricular responsibilities include Marching Band. Scheduled practice and performance times beyond the school day are a requirement of the marching band, specifically including the following scheduled rehearsals and performances: 1. Marching Band camp prior to the beginning of the school. 2. Marching Band rehearsals beyond the school day. (Two times per week) 3. Band section rehearsals. (One time per week) 4. Drumline. 5. Drill Squad. 6. All scheduled performances such as competitions, football games, festivals, pep assemblies, parades, concerts, etc. Stipends are included as part of the compensation package. The Bella Vista Band is a successful competitive program with a proud tradition of excellence in the community and throughout the region. Support funding is provided by a very active Band Booster Club. Bella Vista High School is located in Fair Oaks.
