Da Vinci Schools are project-based, college preparatory schools, each with a distinct focus which drives the curriculum students take in addition to their A-G college preparatory requirements. Mathematics teachers at Da Vinci Communications use CPM, an inquiry-based, student-centered mathematics curriculum. Da Vinci teachers also use Mastery Based Grading and work with industry partners to provide real-world connections to their projects. This position will likely teach 11th graders Geometry and Pre-Calculus, but the ability and desire to teach Algebra, Geometry, Algebra II, or Precalculus is a requirement.
