Dedicated to Learning is a private tuition based summer program offering courses for enrichment and advancement on the Walnut High School campus in Walnut, CA. We are seeking a teacher with experience in teaching high school Geometry. The program is a 6 week program that runs Monday - Thursday from 7:30 - 1:00pm. (24 days)

This course is designed to help students gain a better understanding of the concepts involved with geometry. The topics covered include Congruence, Similarity, Right Triangles, and Trigonometry, Circles, Expressing Geometric Properties with Equations, Geometric Measurement and Dimension, Modeling with Geometry, and Mathematical Practices.
By taking this course students will gain a better understanding as to how geometry is involved in the world they live in. This course emphasizes the CA and Common Core Content Standards in Geometry.
