RSP Teacher
  
Provides instruction and/or services to students whose exceptional needs can be accommodated within the regular education program for the majority of the school day. The resource specialist shall be a credentialed special education teacher with three or more years of teaching experience, including both regular and special education teaching experience as defined by the rules and regulations of the Commission for Teacher Preparation and Licensing, and who has demonstrated the compentencies for a resource specialist as established by the commission.
