Duties:
Will perform all the duties of a certified Teacher of the Blind and Visually impaired and Orientation and Mobility Specialist including:
- Being an itinerant Teacher
- Instruct in orientation, mobility, Braille, technology, and daily living skills
- Perform assessments
- Communicate between parents, students, school district personnel, and employees of SBES, Inc.
- Teach all components of the expanded core curriculum
- Work with a wide variety of students, including regular education, multiply impaired, and resource students
