Job Summary
The Elementary Site Principal is responsible for the overall management and operation of the school and serves as its instructional leader, ensuring a high-quality educational program aligned with District goals for all learners. The principal promotes collaborative program development, oversees implementation and continuous improvement of the Dual Language Immersion (DLI) program with fidelity to the approved model and language allocation plan, supports effective dual language instruction and professional learning, monitors student achievement in both languages, fosters strong family and community engagement, and ensures appropriate staffing, scheduling, and resource alignment to sustain a coherent and successful multilingual program. Requirements / Qualifications
1. Master’s degree in Education or Related Field 2. Valid California Teaching or Services Credential 3. Administrative Services Credential (Clear or Certificate of Eligibility) 4. Minimum of two (2) years in a leadership role or Assistant Principal capacity with demonstrated experience in curriculum, professional development, and instruction PREFERRED QUALIFICATION: 1. Minimum of five (5) years classroom teaching experience 2.
