Requirements / Qualifications
Applicant must hold a Clear California Multiple Teaching Credential which includes CLAD/BCLAD certification. * Employees hired after July 2023 must possess or be willing to obtain TK authorization within two years of hire.
A virtual assessment will be administered as part of the selection process. Must upload the required documents - upload the attachment named exactly as stated (i.e., Letter of Recommendation) or your application will not move forward in the selection process.

- Letter(s) of Recommendation (3 letters of recommendation (1 from a Supervisor))
- Resume
- Multiple Subject Teaching Credential - General Subjects (CA Clear or Prelim)

The HCT will serve between 17- 20 students and works two days a week at a regional Learning Center. The HCT acts as an ambassador of the school and is the main source of support and communication between the school and the family. The HCT will be working with TK-8th grade students of varying ability levels and with varying educational needs. Review the job description for more details.

* $3000 sign on bonus is applicable to external candidates only and paid after 90 days of successful employment.
* Springs Charter Schools adheres to all California Department of Public Health mandates to ensure in-person instruction at campuses and administrative operations are conducted in a safe
manner consistent with state and local public health guidance.
* Springs reserves the sole discretion to close this position at any time.
