Job Summary

Job Summary

This position is responsible for planning, facilitating and monitoring the District’s LCAP and the LCAP process for the District, as well as facilitating engagement activities. The coordinator will provide leadership and program guidance to sites and departments. The Coordinator will collaborate to ensure alignment of the LCAP with the School Plans for Student Achievement (SPSAs) and other strategic district plans, including providing professional development and technical support.

Required Experience: Experience: At least three (3) years of demonstrated successful classroom teaching experience, including experience in curriculum development, program evaluation, staff development and the preparation of site and/or district-level plans, applications and reports. 2. Education: Bachelor of Arts/Science or Master’s Degree in an Education-related field from an accredited institution of higher learning; Official Transcripts. 3. Credential: Possession of valid California Teaching and Administrative Services Credentials. 4. Other Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing: • Department of Homeland Security I-9 Form completion • TB Test Clearance • Criminal Justice Fingerprint Clearance • Must possess a valid California Driver’s License during the course of employment. Must be insurable at standard rates and maintain such insurability during the course of employment. Note: See attached job description for additional details. All District employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment. Successful applicants for this position will be required to submit proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or request an exemption for qualifying medical or religious reasons during the onboarding process.
