Under the direction of the Director of Special Education, the SPED Paraprofessional will provide support, monitoring, and supervision for an individual special education student with special circumstances, to provide support to other students in class and/or a teacher when individualized support is not required, and to do related work as may be required. Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent and associate degree or completion of 48 college units Minimum of one year experience working with children with disabilities and/or special needs or two years experience working with children in a school setting or similar experience.
