Job Summary
This opening is for Black Butte Elementary School for 5.75 hours/day. The aide’s primary responsibility is to assist with student safety and to help student participate in class activities to the maximum extent possible. The aide also helps implement the curriculum for the student under the direction of teacher(s) or principal. Performs related duties as assigned. Year for year school experience credit for placement on salary schedule.

Cover Letter Resume Three (3) Signed Letters of Recommendation Required before hire: First aide/CPR certification High School Diploma, GED equivalent or highest college degree completed Proof of one of the following: Passed 48 units of college coursework AA degree Passed CBEST Passed ESSA compliant Paraprofessional test offered at Shasta County Office of Education
