Job Summary
The Para-Educator’s primary responsibility is to assist classroom teachers in the conduct of lessons and other classroom activities. The Para-Educator tutors individual students that may be physically or educationally challenged and works with small groups of students under the teacher’s direction
Requirements / Qualifications
Completed Edjoin application, HS diploma or GED; AA degree or higher or 48 units of higher education or passed a local exam that demonstrates knowledge of and ability to assist in reading, writing and math. 7.0 Hours/day - School Day Only 195 days/year
