Job Summary

Job Summary

Expanded Learning Opportunity Program (ELOP) includes 175 afterschool days, and an additional 30 intercession days of STEAM-based enrichment and learning opportunities for students. I.S.S. staff provide a variety of instructional tutoring and learning activities, clerical, and group educational activities. Supports students with during the afterschool program. Works indoors and outdoors with students in general education and special education. 3 hours per day, Monday-Friday Additional 8-hour days over 30 Intercession Days throughout the year, including vacation breaks, Saturdays, and summer school. One of the three hired will be selected to serve as Lead I.S.S. This person will work closely with District Administration to comply with ELOP compliance, time management, staff time keeping, and supply budgets. The designated LEAD ISS position will have 4 hours per day, M-F, as well as a monthly $100 stipend (per CSEA MOU). These are one-year positions pending continuation of the program beyond the 2023-24 school year.

* Education and Experience Education – 48 college units or AA Degree or passing the ParaPro Assessment * Requirements for Employment Clear TB Screening Results Clear Live Scan Results College Transcripts Valid I.D. or Driver’s License
