The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in adult professional learning and school improvement, proven experience and/or training in coaching, possess advanced knowledge of culturally responsive practices, experience as a secondary school administrator (ideally with some experience at the high school level), and understand current changes in pre-service preparation.
