Colusa County Office of Education is recruiting for a School Psychologist who can provide professional psychological services to students in County Special Education programs and in direct services to the schools; administer a variety of psychological tests and assessments and recommend appropriate placement and actions for student; consult with administrators, teachers, specialists, parents, and agency and district personnel in forming action plans and recommendations; counsel students in individual and group settings; coordinate behavior management programs and activities; chair meetings, maintain records, implement comprehensive Individual Educational Plans (IEP) and serve as case manager for special education students

CURRENT ASSIGNMENT LOCATION: 2- County Wide SALARY: $90,339 - $121,408 per year HOURS/DAYS: 7 hours per day, 195 days per year BENEFITS: Partially paid medical, dental and vision benefits; paid sick leave; CalSTRS retirement EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: master's degree in educational or clinical psychology, including at least one year of internship under the supervision of a credentialed school psychologist. LICENSES & REQUIREMENTS: Valid Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Psychology. The successful candidate will be required to provide DOJ fingerprint clearance, TB test clearance, COVID-19 vaccination verification (or program-required equivalent) and a valid California driver’s license following acceptance of job offer.
