Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, the Director of Compliance and Title IX will support the planning, organization and administration of the district’s complaints processes, while providing related services for the district and its employees to ensure compliance with all federal, state, county and district regulations. The Director shall manage all aspects of Uniform Complaint Procedures (UCP), Title IX compliance, personnel complaints, formal complaint procedures, informal complaint resolution, conduct complex and sensitive investigations and provide regular training for district and site leadership on compliance, complaint, and investigation procedures.
Requirements / Qualifications
Position requires: Master's degree in education or related field from an accredited college/university. Valid California Teaching Credential and/or valid California Pupil Personnel Credential. Valid Administrative Credential appropriate for K-12 public school administration.
