We provide in-person and telepractice speech and language services for school districts and at our private clinic.

Job Summary
We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at our Bakersfield location and provide comprehensive speech and language services to children and adults. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing direct therapy, and collaborating with other professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of communication disorders, be knowledgeable in the latest research and treatments, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
Job Description / Essential Elements:

- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with communication disorders.
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop treatment plans and coordinate services.
- Provide direct therapy to clients
- Educate clients, families, and caregivers about communication disorders and how to manage them.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress.
- Provide counseling and support to clients and their families.
