Requirements / Qualifications
Our program is looking for two Part-time Campus Monitors who have the ability to support educators, students, and families in a K-12 environment and assist in providing meaningful experiences for students and families. The positions will focus on Charter Home Study Academy K-5 recess and lunch, but will also support all of the programs on the Charles Brown Campus. - Charter University Prep is a college prep program serving students in grades 7-12. - Charter Connections Academy is a high school diploma program serving students in grades 9-12. - Charter Home Study Academy is a K-8 program serving homeschooling families in a hybrid classroom environment. Job duties will include, but are not limited to: - Student outreach via phone, and on-site when applicable. - Working with special needs students - Student supervision. - Organizing outdoor activities for students. - Food distribution. - Contributing to a positive school climate Job Requirements - Qualifications: Education: Education at a level to demonstrate the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described. Experience Required: Prior experience in custodial work and or working with alternative students preferred. Work experience in an educational setting with school-age students is preferred.
