The following documents are required to move forward in the application process: • A valid and current qualifying document issued by the CA Commission on Teacher Credentialing (www.ctc.ca.gov) such as: • Emergency 30 Day Substitute Permit • Prospective Teaching Permit (Only if applicant is a current NMUSD Student Teacher) • CA Teaching Credential • Multiple Subject • Single Subject • Education Specialist Instruction • CA Pupil Personnel Services Credential • Evidence that an application for any of the above credentials or permits has been submitted to the OCDE and is pending evaluation. This can include a copy of an email from the OCDE or a screenshot from the OCDE website. • 2 Letters of Recommendation • Should be dated within the last two school years
