<p><span style="font-weight:900">GENERAL INFORMATION:</span> Embedded Instruction for Early Learning-California (EIEL-CA) provides job embedded professional learning of evidence-based practices for coaches and teachers in inclusive classrooms to support the engagement and participation of children with individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in everyday activities and routines. EIEL-CA has been successfully operating in the state for eight years and is expanding to many more California State Preschool Programs as part of California’s efforts to build an effective system of inclusive practices. In conjunction with EIEL-CA, the Statewide Implementation Coach will support EIEL-CA local site coaches to use Practice-Based Coaching with teaching teams to implement the EIEL practice framework in inclusive preschool programs. The Statewide Implementation Coach will join a cadre of EIEL-CA coaches to provide ongoing support to participating site coaches and preschool staff. The salary is competitive and commensurate with the successful candidate’s background and experience. This is a full-time grant-funded position available August 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024, with annual renewal through June 30, 2028. <b>This is a remote work position funded through the Napa County Office of Education and requires travel to participating school sites statewide and coach collaboration opportunities. </b>

QUALIFICATIONS: • BA or higher in Early Childhood or Child Development, or credential in early childhood special education • 3 or more years as a teacher in preschool classes in underserved communities

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS: • Bilingual • Online coaching experience using platforms such as TORSH Talent or DigiCoach • Experience with Google Suite experience with Google Suite including Drive and Keep
