Job Summary

We are seeking a Director, Staff Learning, Development, and Performance to create, revise and oversee staff development systems, structures, and practices to ensure staff belonging and deepen staff growth and impact toward our mission. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who understands the critical role that staff well-being, professional growth, and retention plays in supporting organizational and ultimately scholar success. The Director, Staff Learning, Development, and Performance is responsible for ensuring that staff development is of the highest quality and impact. The position supports and develops staff across the network through ongoing structures to support regular coaching, development, and management of staff toward operational and professional goals. The Director, Staff Learning, Development, and Performance reports to the Vice President, Performance Management and will work with leaders across the organization, both at school sites and at the Home Office, to ensure substantial staff development occurs in accordance with the Alliance commitment to Adult Wellness and Belonging.
