Job Summary: Under the general direction of the Director of Maintenance/Operations and Transportation, within a broad framework of standard policies and procedures, perform a variety of skilled and specialized work in the installation, maintenance and repair of District buildings, equipment and related structures involving cabinet/ furniture making, electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, and mechanical maintenance work.

Training and Experience: Any combination of experience and training which would indicate possession of the knowledge, skills, and abilities herein. Completion of the 12th grade or equivalent with at least three years’ trade experience. Valid Class C California Driver’s License required.
