EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and skill is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required knowledge and skill would be: EXPERIENCE: One year paid or volunteer experience working with multi-age groups of children. EDUCATION: Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade, supplemented by training or coursework in child growth and development, instructional technology, or a closely related field. Applicants must pass ESSA (Every Student Succeed Act) Test. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: Insurability by the District's liability insurance carrier. Employment is contingent upon fingerprint and background clearance and proof of a recent negative tuberculosis test result.
