Job Summary

Under the direction of the Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent Business serves as controller by closely monitoring the district’s financial health; develops and maintains the District budget; prepares financial projections and reports; performs accounting and financial reporting to ensure fiscal compliance with all federal, state and local regulations. The Assistant Superintendent Business also oversees and supervises the Business Services, Food Services, Information Technology, and Transportation departments.

Three letters of reference signed and dated within the last two years EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • 3 years experience as a supervisor • Master’s degree desired • Experience in a school district environment, with experience in most areas of business services division. School Site level experience desired • Effective managerial skills as they relate to school administration
