Job Summary
Under the supervision of the assigned manager, the System Support Analyst I provides general systems support to all departments within the organization and externally to support Local Education Agencies (LEA) relating to the operation and use of the organization’s financial software. Supported systems include but are not limited to Financial, Human Resource, Credential, and Staff Attendance. The System Support Analyst I position requires the ability to understand, analyze, design, test, run, and communicate the use and operation of the organization’s financial software. The System Support Analyst I may support, under specific supervision, technical aspects of Systems Support, including software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and training.
