Job Summary
Springs Charter Schools are revolutionizing K-12th grade education in Southern California plus we continue to grow! Qualified candidate for our newest position, Director of Facilities, will have the responsibility to organize, plan, and schedule all new and existing construction projects for the district. This position determines, with the help of the Senior Director of Facilities, senior staff, school committee, short and long-range building needs and oversee implantation of construction, operation and maintenance programs. Requirements / Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: Eight years of increasingly responsible experience in Facilities/Construction management, to include supervisory responsibilities. Experience negotiating with contractors and sub-contractors required. Experience using a variety of computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs. Experience making formal presentations before an organized group. AA/BA a plus.
