Current Resume 2. Two (2) Professional Letters of Recommendation from current/former supervisors/coworkers (both MUST have physical signature and be DATED within one year) - digital signatures not accepted 3. Valid California LVN License - Graduation from an accredited vocational nursing program or junior college required 4. Current DMV printout - can be obtained on DMV website (MUST be no greater than 30 days old) - please see link on right hand side for CA DMV Printout website 5. Typing Test: adjusted/net speed 40wpm minimum on a 3-5 minute test (results must show name, WPM results and length of test) - online tests accepted 6. Valid First Aid/CPR certification required (no online courses) - please note that BLS (Basic Life Support) does not include First Aid training & is not valid for this position** **can upload proof of registration in an upcoming, in-person CPR/FA class in lieu of card Preferred Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred 2. Two (2) years nursing experience in a public health setting preferred. 3. Experience working with children with special needs in a school setting preferred. ***Must meet minimum requirements per the job description.
