Such copies can be obtained using the link provided to the Commission on Teacher Credentialing website through the “Secured Search” option “SUITABLE FOR FRAMING” VERSIONS AND EXPIRED COPIES OF YOUR CREDENTIAL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Speech Language Pathologist to work at school sites (preschool through eighth grade) providing consultation, assessment and remediation. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provides diagnostic assessments and written reports for students referred for articulation, voice, fluency and/or language disorders; 2. Participates in School Guidance Team and IEP meetings; 3. Consults with teachers, support personnel, administrators, parents and outside agencies; 4. Plans and provides individualized remediation to individuals and small groups; 5. Participates in monthly Speech-Language Department meetings; 6. Participates in school site staff meetings, as appropriate; 7. Other duties as assigned.
