EdJoin Classified Application. SCOE Administrative Assistant II Certificate or higher level Certificate (Administrative Assistant III, IV or Executive Assistant). Those that meet the position requirements and do not attach a SCOE Certificate may be invited to attend the test scheduled for October 11, 2022.
BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of an assigned Director II or a Classified Director, perform a variety of secretarial support functions of a complex nature in a department of a County Office-wide program or function; assist the Director with various budget planning, preparation and monitoring activities. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and three years of increasingly responsible secretarial experience. College-level course work in business office management, secretarial science or related field is desirable. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Possession of a valid California driver's license may be required. ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS: The following documents are not required at the time of application but will be required of the selected applicant prior to employment: Department of Justice Fingerprint clearance Tuberculosis Skin Test clearance Pre-Employment Physical/Drug Screen clearance Valid CA Driver License
