The candidate for this Instructional Aide position should have an understanding of students with special needs, with a minimum of first aid training prior to beginning of employment. The candidate will work 1:1 with a 1st grade student and guide him/her in instructional practices, curriculum, outside activities, physical education, electives and recess.
