Under direction, to provide assessment, intervention, and treatment to families and individuals in need of mental health, substance abuse, or child abuse counseling services; to conduct and provide educational programs to facilitate the prevention of mental health and substance abuse; to perform administrative work required to provide such services, and to perform other job-related duties as required.

-Any combination of training and experience which would provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required knowledge and abilities might be enrollment in mental health counseling program. -Possession of a driver’s license valid in California. -Enrolled in a Master’s degree in social work or counseling psychology program and is eligible to do the practicum.
Applicant will be responsible for completing an application package through Edjoin to include and application, Letter of Introduction addressing the position qualifications and requirements, current resume and two current letters of recommendation.
