Requirements / Qualifications
Valid California drivers license, Social Security card and Current TB test results less than 4 years. Letter of Introduction, Resume and CURRENT Letter (s) of recommendation. High School Diploma or equivalent Operation and application of a wide variety of construction tools and equipment Perform semi-skilled maintenance and repair work without detailed instructions while assisting in plumbing, electrical, painting or carpentry trade areas.
