Looking for a way to get in as a Custodian with a School District? Working as a substitute custodian is the way to go! District pays for a fingerprint clearance and we offer a TB Risk assessment to determine whether a TB test is necessary. Both are required to work for a school district. Job Summary: Under the direction of the Site Principal and Custodial Supervisor, perform routine custodial activities during a night shift at an assigned school site; maintain the general cleanliness of the school; maintain buildings and adjacent grounds areas in a clean, orderly and secure condition as assigned; set up, move and arrange tables, chairs and equipment in classrooms, offices and meeting rooms; monitor school grounds to assure site security.
