Valid Food Handlers Certificate or ServSafe Certificate All external applicants MUST attach the following to application: 1) Resume 2) 1 Classified Reference Form or 1 Letter of Recommendation dated within last 12 months 3) Required Certifications (Food Handler's Permit)
