FUSD is looking for caring Substitute Teachers to join our amazing Team, working with students in a TK-8 education environment. In our district, Substitute Teachers are encouraged to be compassionate classroom facilitators who maintain a safe and meaningful learning environment.

Incomplete applications may not be given equal consideration. • Letter of Introduction • Resume • Three (3) Letters of Recommendation (must be dated within the last 18 months and signed) • Will need to be or be willing to become active in the PCOE Consortium. PCOE Consortium Membership requires: Proof of basic skills or passing grade on CBESTS (California Educator Credentialing Examinations), copy of transcripts, proof of Bachelors Degree, proof of TB testing & fingerprint clearance. Annual membership fee is required.
