Job Summary

Holy Rosary School is a small town Catholic elementary school located in Woodland, California. Holy Rosary is currently seeking to employ a full-time teacher for a combined Transitional Kindergarten/Kindergarten classroom. Candidates should be practicing Roman or Eastern Catholics in good standing with the Church, be able to demonstrate competency in all areas of content responsibility including classroom management, computer literacy, standardized testing, parent communication, and interpreting data. The teacher is entrusted directly with the spiritual and academic preparation of students. The teacher is further entrusted with the student's social and personal development, providing guidance and modeling Christian values, and responsible behavior. The teacher performs this in cooperation with the parents, who are the primary educators of their children, with the assistance of support staff and under the direction of the school’s administration.
