In order to be considered, applicants must submit the following by the final filing date: Completed Ed-Join Application Cover Letter Resume Current Letters of Recommendation SUMMARY: Under general supervision, provides direct technical support and troubleshooting services to end users for district wide networked software applications, on-line (i.e. cloud based programs), network services, hardware and district technology operations. Assists in developing training materials for district technology applications for end-users. Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent and two years of comparable work experience using information technology systems to support and train customers, troubleshooting both hardware and software problems OR one year of college-level course work in computer operating systems, hardware, software can be substituted for one year of work experience.

Desired: Experience troubleshooting and repairing devices such as Chromebooks and PC computers. Bilingual in English/Spanish.

          The District offers $655 per month toward the benefit package which includes options for medical, dental and vision. Medical plan options include Kaiser, Western Health Advantage and Sutter Health Plus.
