Job Summary
Under direction of the County Superintendent of Schools, provide strategic leadership for the marketing of the Sacramento County Office of Education’s (SCOE) services and programs to ensure public understanding of the SCOE’s mission, vision, goals, and accomplishments; oversees the implementation and coordination of marketing, public affairs, and communications to support and promote SCOE and its strategic goals, programs, events, and initiatives; performs related duties as assigned.

In compliance with the current California Department of Public Health Order, proof of vaccination or weekly COVID-19 testing is a requirement of employment at Sacramento County Office of Education.
NOTE: “Additional Questions” are included in the application form and will be used in the initial screening process. Applicants considered most qualified by a screening panel will continue in the selection process. It is in your best interest to answer these questions as fully as possible.
In addition to providing responses to the "Additional Questions" on your application, you will be prompted to submit a portfolio with up to three (3) examples of media campaigns, and/or publications that you have produced.

Qualified applicants who pass screening process will receive a notice indicating the next steps in the process, which is an oral examination.
