Job Summary

The Assistant Coach will report to the Head Coach and will assist in the management of the freshman volleyball program. In coordination and under the direction of the Head Coach, the Assistant Coach will provide direction to student athletes so that they might achieve a high level of skill as well as an appreciation for discipline, sportsmanship and teamwork. The person in this job is required to interact thoughtfully and respectfully with student athletes, fellow coaches, staff, parents and community as well as follow the mission of the school. The Assistant Coach is expected to contribute to and uphold a physically and emotionally safe environment for students to learn and thrive.
