Job Summary
Growing Healthy Children Therapy Services provides the gold standard of therapy services for children with special needs from birth to age 22 and partners with adults to support their development. Our highly qualified and personally dedicated occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech and language pathologists, and adaptive physical education teachers combine their extensive knowledge and experience with our innovative treatment techniques to improve clients’ language, social, motor, behavioral, and adaptive skills. Growing Healthy Children therapists deliver individually tailored treatment plans with compassion in homes, schools, and our conveniently located centers. To support our commitment to quality care, Growing Healthy Children actively seeks exceptional occupational therapists to join our therapy team, implementing individualized treatment plans and partnering with transdisciplinary teams. Successful candidates will demonstrate an understanding of the treatment of foundational areas of need and functional challenges, as well as a commitment to mastering advanced clinical frames of reference and practices in working with children and families. You will be an integral part of the therapy team, working directly with children, families, and educators with professionalism, dedication, and compassion.

As an ideal OT/COTA candidate, you bring to Growing Healthy Children: • Degree in Occupational Therapy • Access to reliable transportation • Commitment to working flexible, full- or part-time schedules • Experience working with children with special needs • History of effectively managing multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced working environment • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
