Position Description: The Assistant Superintendent - K-12 Principal is responsible for all K-12 educational programs. The Assistant Superintendent shall provide leadership, guidance, monitoring and support to all instructional staff K-12 in implementing Trona Joint Unified School District initiatives, curriculum, professional learning and instructional improvement programs. This position also includes concurrently serving as the principal of the Elementary, Jr. High/High School and the Continuation School program. The Assistant Superintendent - K-12 Principal is under the direction and supervision of the Superintendent who serves as the primary evaluator.
