Job Summary

The job of Teacher On Special Assignment was established for the purpose of providing direct certificated instruction and instructional support, assisting in the facilitation of a culture of continual learning for the staff at school sites. In partnership with school site staff and administration, the Teacher On Special Assignment will provide meaningful and relevant professional development, support teachers in a coaching model and demonstrate lessons. Integrating technology is an integral focus in their work to further improve student learning. This job reports to an assigned school site and/or district administrator.
