St Rose School is in the process of hiring a full time combination Physical Education Teacher for grades Kindergarten – 8 and Athletic Director. This is a full time position available in a Catholic elementary/middle school setting. The successful candidate is one who is either an active/practicing Catholic in good standing or one who can fully support the mission and Catholic values of the school. The candidate will also have demonstrated and documented experience with teaching students at multiple levels including primary, intermediate, and middle school-age students. The candidate will continue a P.E. program that is engaging for students at all levels by utilizing the SPARK P.E. Curriculum and facilitating instruction of rules, regulations, and strategies for sports, games, and structured play. St. Rose Catholic School is located at 633 Vine Ave., Roseville, CA. The school was established in 1961 and now serves families from St. Rose of Lima Parish and the six surrounding parishes. St. Rose School presently employs thirty-three faculty and staff, with enrollment for Transitional Kindergarten to Eighth grade of 270 students. Class sizes range from 28 – 35 students.
