Under the direction of a Director I, plan, organize, oversee and participate in the operations and activities of the Outdoor Education cafeteria; assure compliance with established sanitation and safety rules and regulations; train and evaluate the performance of assigned staff.

SCOE Application Under the direction of a Director I, plan, organize, oversee and participate in the operations and activities of the Outdoor Education cafeteria; assure compliance with established sanitation and safety rules and regulations; train and evaluate the performance of assigned staff. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and college level course work in nutrition or a related field desirable and two years experience in quantity food cooking, baking and preparation.
LICENSE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must hold or obtain an approved and accredited food safety certificate within 60 days of employment in accordance with CA Health & Safety Code Sections 113700-113733.. Valid California Driver's License. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS: The following documents are not required at the time of application but will be required of the selected applicant (s) prior to employment: Department of Justice Fingerprint clearance, Tuberculosis Skin Test clearance, Pre-Employment Physical/Drug Screen clearance, DMV Pull Notice.
