This individual will be essential to the continued success of a highly respected organization known for its innovative programs powered by AmeriCorps members and focused on Education, the Environment and Healthy Futures. The Coaching Specialist provides technical support and guidance to AmeriCorps members, and coaching to school partners to ensure data-driven decision making and fidelity to the educational program models. This role advocates for the effective implementation of Reading Corps and/or Math Corps programming to maximize positive and equitable student outcomes by supporting tutors at assigned schools and by monitoring the accuracy of student data to ensure students make adequate progress. Are you an experienced educator skilled at facilitating learning through training, supervision, and observation? Do you enjoy providing coaching to maintain the integrity of educational program models?
